        studies proved people with significant shorter sleep have shorter life,

                              FAMILY 


    people with strong relations with family and friends enjoys more health.
                              SMOKING 

     quit smoking  , smoking reduces the life span
                   RESTAURANT 


    avoid restaurant and unhealthy food.
                          ORGANIC
          Eat organic , fruits and vegetables user have lower risk of cardiovascular problems
    Stop drinking soda.
      according to American Heart Association  one or more soft drinks daily may result into:metabolic syndrome —Obesity, diabetes, hypertension and higher triglyceride levels

    .Don't drink diet soda too because  its also not safe,

    Drink adequate water  
    water is a gift of nature  it nourishes skin  cleans kidneys  and boosts energy levels, 
                     ANTIBIOTICS 
    don't take antibiotics unless you actually need them.
                      MEDICAL 
    go for complete medical examination after six months

     don't drink alcohol,
    your heart is under your feet .

    move your feet for normal movements of your heart. 

    according to experts 30 mint daily 5 days a week light to moderate exercise increases your life span significantly
